ACTION:
NH has a “one stop” process for energy siting; procedures being developed for streamlined on-shore wind permitting that could be adapted to offshore.
STATUS:
Offshore wind development is more likely in adjacent state waters; high interest in developing regional siting criteria, research and technology testing.
